The Technology in Business Schools Roundtable celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive and equitable environment where IT leaders from all backgrounds can share and learn from each other.

The Technology in Business Schools Roundtable seeks to inspire its members to increase diverse representation in IT higher education and encourages all members to cultivate an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. We do this by creating dynamic learning opportunities that promote inclusive leadership practices; providing access to tools, resources and training to aid in recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce; and sharing DEI&B best practices and leadership experiences in a trusting environment.
