Hello and Welcome!
Auburn University and the Harbert College of Business are proud to be the host school for the 12th Annual Meeting of Technology in Business Schools Roundtable. Starting the afternoon of May 12th and going until noon on May 15th.
It is our hope that this will be a well-rounded event having something for every member school. During the meeting, you will find that It is a packed schedule with plenty of educational sessions as well as time to interact with others.
Your Stay

How to Get Here
I would suggest that you fly into the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (ATL) and come to Auburn from there.
Once you are in Atlanta you will have a few options on how to complete your 2 hour trip to Auburn. That can be done with either a car rental or a shuttle service. The airport shuttle service rates are reasonable and they offer a wide array of time options to bring you back and forth. This service is portal is at:
Things To Do in and around Auburn
At either end of the conference there are plenty of things to see and do in the area. Just south of us is Tuskegee. It has a rich history for you to explore, Here you will find the Tuskegee National Historic Site located on the campus of Tuskegee University. Here you will find a wonderful museum dedicated to a great man George Washington Carver - I highly recommend this tour. Then there is the Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site with its’ Hanger 1 Museum detailing these brave mens’ training with sample planes they trained with.
Closer to Auburn, we have spectacular golf trails. We have more golf trails per capita than any other place in the US. The RTJ Grand National is Alabama's premier golf course. Even our city course, Indian Pines provides a superior challenge.
Auburn is also lucky to have a state park rich in history - Chewacla State Park. Here you will find cabins built there by the CCC that you can rent. It is also home to an awesome mountain bike trail.
Auburn University has two parks dedicated to nature. The Arboretum, right next to the President's house, is park within walking distance that has all the biological habitats found throughout Alabama. A particular bonus I enjoy is that the local fauna is identified.
Just a few miles north of the AU Hotel is the Forest Ecology Preserve. Here you will find 120 acres consisting of 7 different habitats allowing you many ways to commune with nature.
If you like to fish, we are surrounded by multiple lakes. Within these you can catch Crappie, Bass, Blue Gill, and Catfish. If you go, don’t forget your fishing license!
